[And here Sanji had been thinking Sabo was almost... too together to be one of Luffy's idiot older brothers. He was definitely nice enough, had that same "could care less about the world's opinion of him" air that Ace and Luffy had in spades, but he still just seemed a little too... normal. To really fit into that family. But then there's that little glint in his eye, the way his face scrunches up when he talks about dragons. Something that hints at him being just as unreasonable as the other two.]
Hanzo's a brainless piece of shit. [Because... that's... how you talk about guys your captain has invited to be a part of the crew, apparently.] If you want dragon, go to Punk Hazard when you're back home. I think there's still one guarding the place.
[Sanji pauses, takes a drag of his cigarette.] That's Luffy for you. [Is finally what he agrees with, shifting slightly so he's leaning against the wall, facing Sabo a bit more than he was before.] The first we heard of Ace was when there was a wall of flame between us and the marines back in Alabasta. Makes sense the first we would have heard of you would be during that mess in Dressrosa.
[Though he has to wonder, would Sanji have ever known about Sabo otherwise? Did Luffy tell Nami, Brook, and Chopper about Sabo once he landed in Zou? Probably not, it wouldn't have been interesting information by then. Franky probably would have passed on the story. Usopp, too. Though by that point whether or not Sabo would have been described as the man in front of him or an actual fire breathing dragon is debatable.
... would Sanji have ever known, then, that their captain at least had one brother come back to life and stay that way?]
